    In the scripture text today, there is a picture of a godly woman who's only desire was to be a mother. So much so that she vowed if God would bless her with a son, that she would dedicate her child back to Him. The result of Hannah's vow and dedication to God was Samuel, one of the great prophets of the Bible.
